The Tradition Rouge 2020 is crafted from 9 hectares of vineyards located across various terroirs, combining limestone, clay-limestone, and silica soils. This red wine, made from the 13 emblematic grape varieties of the appellation with a majority of Grenache, exemplifies the traditional know-how of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
Careful vinification and aging in old casks for 12 to 14 months give this vintage a brilliant ruby color and aromas of red fruits, spices, garrigue, and dried roses. On the palate, the attack is smooth, offering silky and elegant concentration, with a long finish featuring peppery notes.
Ideally served at 16°C, it pairs wonderfully with roasts, red meats, game birds, and cheeses. This wine will reach its peak after 4 to 6 years of aging.
