LOCATION, TERROIR & VINIFICATION
The Domaine Barville is the family estate of Laurent Brotte, located to the west of the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, with a vineyard of 15 ha. The 45-year-old vines grow on clay and limestone soil, benefiting from a warm, dry climate. The grapes are harvested at full ripeness and hand-picked. The vinification involves gentle pressing and slow fermentation in French oak barrels and clay amphorae, preserving minerality and freshness.
