The Papaline d'Avignon is an emblematic delicacy from the Provençal region, born in the heart of the city of Avignon. These exquisite chocolates are crafted with two fine layers of chocolate, enveloping a heart delicately flavored with oregano liqueur from Comtat, a unique liqueur made from the aromatic herbs of Mont Ventoux. Each bite offers an unparalleled tasting experience, combining historical heritage with the finesse of flavors.

Carefully made, each papaline is a true culinary work of art. The dark chocolate shell (minimum 65% cocoa) encases oregano liqueur from Comtat, created through the distillation and maceration of over 50 local plants, flowers, and spices, such as angelica, genepi, marjoram, thyme, and, of course, oregano. A subtle blend of infusion and lavender honey completes this rich and flavorful recipe.
